Vintage Mid Century Danish Teak Smoked Glass Nest of 3 Tables Restored

A stylish mid-century teak nest of three graduated tables, featuring clean architectural lines, rounded corners and inset smoked-glass tops.

Each table is individually useful as a side table, lamp table or occasional table, while all three fit neatly beneath the largest when not in use. The continuous rectangular teak frames give the set a distinctive modernist appearance, complemented by the dark smoked glass.

The timber has been carefully restored to revive its rich tone and natural grain while preserving the character of the original furniture. Their compact form makes them particularly suitable for living rooms where flexible surfaces are useful without occupying unnecessary floor space.

Condition

The set has been restored and is presented in excellent vintage condition.

The teak frames are sturdy and stable, and all three tables nest together correctly. The smoked-glass tops are securely seated and remain in very good usable condition.

As authentic vintage furniture, there may be occasional light marks, subtle tonal variation or minor signs of previous use. These are consistent with age and do not detract from the overall appearance or function of the set.

Care

Dust the teak regularly with a soft, dry cloth. For occasional cleaning, use a lightly dampened cloth and dry the wood immediately afterwards.

Clean the glass tops with a suitable glass cleaner applied to the cloth rather than sprayed directly onto the tables. Avoid abrasive pads and harsh chemical products.

Use coasters beneath drinks and avoid placing very hot, wet or sharp objects directly onto the glass. Lift each table when moving it rather than dragging it, and handle the glass carefully to avoid impact against the edges.

Keep the tables away from prolonged direct sunlight, radiators and excessive changes in temperature or humidity.
